A few things to try here:
- Make sure the billing address that was entered at checkout for this credit card matches the registered address for the card. We recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider to verify the billing address they have on file. Once you enter the correct billing address at checkout, your payment should work.
- Consider contacting your bank or credit card provider for further assistance. If you are outside of the country, your card may have been declined by our credit card processor's fraud protections, and your bank/credit card company should be able to clarify potential fraud blocks.
- Try checking out from a different device or Internet browser. We have had customers with this same issue create a successful transaction when attempting from a different device/browser.
