Yes! If you have not opened your box, we can refund your order in full.
Contact our team at info@tiege.com, and we will send you a return label to print out.
The return will be free of charge if the box is not opened. When we receive your return, we will refund your payment. Give us a heads up when your box is on the way back. Please allow 3–5 days for refunds to process. All refunds go back to the payment method used.
