Contact our team at info@tiege.com, and we will provide instructions for you.
The return will be free of charge if the box is not opened. When we receive your return, we will refund your payment. Give us a heads up when your box is on the way back. Please allow 3–5 days for refunds to process. All refunds go back to the payment method used.
